In this immersive experience, attendees are guided to shed preconceived notions and embrace the power of potentiality, starting where they began or at a new point from scratch. The workshop encourages a physical and mental journey, utilizing dance, improvisation, and somatic practices to delve into the depths of how it all started. Participants engage in exercises that challenge their perceptions of space, time, self and others. Through this process, they discover the transformative nature of zero as a catalyst for creativity, renewal, and infinite possibilities. The Zero Movement Workshop invites individuals to embrace the paradoxical nature of nothingness and find liberation within its depths.
