In The Sound of Zeros and Ones, the exploration of language, music, and architecture will take place simultaneously from at first a historical point of view and then a contemporary one. What came first? Music or language? Language or shelter? Shelter or music? If I stop writing can music become a stopgap? Or would nothingness and silence suffice? If the vocal chords aren’t strained to sing can architecture sing for us? Do we need singing more than languaging? Or is singing a form of languaging? The presenter believes that he’s no better than his audience. At point zero can the audience take him and themselves to point one?
