Talkshop Description:

Led by a mental health therapist, this interactive talk-shop immerses participants in the transformative power of zero as a catalyst for self-awareness and personal growth. Through the lens of prominent therapeutic modalities, we explore the profound impact of our past on our present narratives, delving into the realms of identity, beliefs, behavior, relationships, and mental health. The talk-shop will feature activities to stimulate introspection, vulnerability, and creative expression. Together, we learn to conceptualize point zero as a gateway to engage with the present moment and reimagine the stories we tell ourselves, about ourselves.
